6. COMMISSIONING AND OPERATION
6.1 Connect device to a power source
Connect the device to a USB power source such as a USB power
supply unit or a USB port on your computer or laptop using the
USB charging cable supplied with the device.
As soon as a power supply has been established, the status LED
lights up red. The charging process of the internal battery starts.
6.2 Switch on
Press and hold the multifunction button (1) on the top of the de-
vice for 3 seconds. The unit will turn on.
The status LED indicates the current operating status.
Please also read chapter 6.4.
6.3 Switch off
To turn off the device, press and hold the multifunction button (1)
on the top of the device for 3 seconds. The unit will turn off.
6.4 Status LED
The following operating states can be displayed:
LED display
Continuous red light Power supply connected.
Device turned off
Internal battery is charging
LED blinks red Internal battery drained. The device must
be charged via the micro USB port (6).
