Other features
After the unit has stopped, it cannot be restarted
for the first 3 minutes. This is to protect the unit.
Operation will automatically start after 3
minutes.
Wait 3 minutes before resuming operation
SLEEP operation
Upon pressing this button, the selected
temperature will increase by 2°F (1°C)
in
30
minutes. The temperature will then increase
by another 2°F (1°C) after an additional 30
minutes. This new temperature will be
maintained for 7 hours before it returns to
the originally selected temperature. This ends
the Sleep mode and the unit will continue to
operate as originally programmed.
NOTE:
This feature is unavailable under
FAN or DRY mode.
If the unit
turns
off
unexpectedly due to
a
power cut,
it will restart with the previous
function setting automatically when the
power resumes.

Air flow direction adjustment
The louver can be adjusted automatically.

Air flow direction is adjusted
automatically (Fig.4):

When the Power is ON, the louver
opens fully. Press the SWING button on the
panel or remote control to initiate the auto-
swing feature.

The louver will swing up and down
automatically.
•
Please do not adjust the louver
manually.
Note on sleep mode:
The idea behind this mode is to save
energy during the night when one is
sleeping. Generally one may not need the
room to be as cool while they are sleeping,
so the unit will gradually warm up the room
a bit to save energy and then revert back to
the originally set temperature later.
