CAUTION: Ensure that all the control knobs are in the ‘OFF’ position and the cooker has fully cooled down
before cleaning the oven and cooktop surfaces.
Self-cleaning panels
(in selected models only)
If the oven is equipped with self-cleaning catalytic panels, at normal cooking temperatures (220°C) the catalytic
enamel reduces fat splashes to powder. This powder may be removed with a damp cloth once the oven has co-
oled. In this way the enamel surface remains porous and ensures maximum yield of the panels.
Fat-Filter
(in selected models only)
It is recommended that the fat f lter is cleaned regularly as a build up of grease could damage the thermostat
and the fan motor.
WARNING
Aluminium foil must not be used to cover any inside parts of the oven. This can affect the output of
the appliance together with the enamelled surfaces.

Cleaning the grills
We advise always cleaning the pan support grills after cooking. Wait until they have cooled down and then cle-

irremediable damage to the enamel on the grills. Dry the grills carefully with a cloth immediately after washing
them. Washing in the dishwasher not recommended.
Maintenance Sch
edule
