If DTA-55 does not turn on even if the peripheral equipments were connected correctly, the fuse may have blown. 

If so, replace the fuse in the following procedures.

The automotive fuse (ATO fuse) is used for DTA-55.   
ATO fuse is classified by colour, and "15A" type is Blue.

Remove all cables linked to the DTA-55 camera adapter, such as the CAMERA cable.

Be sure to remove CAMERA cable. 
It is rare possibility but, When BS should have broken, there is fear of an electric shock.

Loosen four setscrews on the right side panel of DTA-55 and remove the right side panel.
