11) Using Styrofoam glue, attach the completed elevator
assembly to the fuselage as shown.
12) Now slide the rudder assembly onto the end of the
fuselage so that the rudder still has about 30 degrees of
free-play in each direction.
13) Slide the wheels onto either end of the wire axles
and bend the axle tips downward to secure the wheels.
