Step 8: Attach the Shoulder Pad

Attach the Shoulder Pad (12) by sliding it into the bottom of the Manfrotto 501-style Baseplate (8).
Make sure the thumbscrew on the side of the Shoulder Pad (12) is loosened before sliding the Shoulder
Pad in.

Tighten the thumbscrew on the Shoulder Pad (12) to secure it to the Baseplate (8)
