3. COMMISSIONING AND OPERATION
3.1. Requirements for installation location
•
This device shall be connected to a separate, properly provided, electric circuit including plug-in socket and earthing
pin (as per PBUE)
3.2.Connection to a network and start-up
•
Unpack the unit
•
The counter shall be placed on even and sufficiently hardened floor and then levelled through application of relevant
feet Fig. 5/1;2 (page 3). In case of rolling devices, it is necessary to apply wheel lock in order to enable their sliding
during operation Fig. 5/3 (page 3).
•
Remove protective foil from the display elements (a/o front stop and unit front – excluding wooden enclosures).
•
•
Clean up the entire unit with water and washing liquid not exceeding 40ºC.
Agents that scratch surfaces, caustic
agents, or agents containing chlorine and/soda shall not be used!
4. MAINTENANCE
4.1. Cleaning and maintenance
•
Should the unit be delivered partly dis-assembled - for security reasons during transport - it is necessary to carry
out the following actions:
1.
Place a glass shelf (only for Jamajka/Marta unit)
•
(refers to units including illumination) Insert plug of a cord directly to the plug-in socket
•
Turn on the counter illumination
Start-up of this unit can be carried out only upon confirmation of effectiveness of electric shock protection
in accordance with measurement results as per applicable regulations.

In the course of washing the unit, it is not allowed to apply water stream. The unit shall be washed with
wet cloth.
