IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Important:
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions
should always be followed, including the following:
1. Carefully read all instructions before operating and save for
future reference.
2. This appliance is for normal domestic use only.
3. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and
above if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children unless they are older than 8 years and
supervised.
4. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged
less than 8 years.
5. Children shall not play with the appliance.
6. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved.
7. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced before further
use by the manufacturer, a service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
8. Before using the appliance check that the voltage of your
electricity supply is the same as that indicated on the rating plate
of the appliance. In the UK this is 220-240 Volts AC.
9. Unplug the appliance from the mains supply when not in use.
Allow the appliance to completely cool down before cleaning
any part of it.
10. Do not use the appliance outdoors or in damp or wet
conditions.
11. Do not immerse the appliance, the electrical cord or the plug
in water or any other liquids.
