Event status code (with details)
Bit 7 = 1. There is detailed information about each event as an event identifier and an event code. Bits
0...5 indicate one event each.

0 = event entries in the diagnosis data bytes 3...5 are not (no longer) valid.
1 = event entries in the diagnosis data bytes 3...5 are valid.

0 = event entries in the diagnosis data bytes 6...8 are not (no longer) valid.
1 = event entries in the diagnosis data bytes 6...8 are valid.
2 event 3
0 = event entries in the diagnosis data bytes 9...11 are not (no longer) valid.
1 = event entries in the diagnosis data bytes 9...11 are valid.
3 event 4
0 = event entries in the diagnosis data bytes 12...14 are not (no longer) valid.
