5.3.4 Front nose - Replacement

With diaphragm bushing device (for Elite 220 only)

•  Remove the oil recovery device (C).
•  Loosen grub screws (D).
•  Replace the front nose (A) with another

front nose suitable for the bar. Length (B)
must cover the distance between the bar
feeder and the lathe.

• Fit the oil recovery device and position the

drain pipe inside the tank.

• Tighten grub screws (D) to lock the front

nose.
