6.2 Adjustment of Belt Looseness
The belt may loosen after a long period of time leading to a decline in print quality, so it is
recommended that it be adjusted every six months.
Step 1:
Open the top cover, as shown in the figure all the
screws at the top and both sides of the screws out and
take off the top cover.
Step 2:
Check the tightness of the belt by lightly pressing the
belt with fingers.
The belt deformation is more than 2mm, the belt
needs to be tensioned when the upper belt is almost
in contact with the lower belt.
Step 3:
Loosen the two screws holding down the belt, tighten
the screws after pulling the belt tight.
