5.7.2 ATA Flat Cable Connection

The ATA 66/100 flat cable connects to the IOWA-MARK to one or two IDE devices. To

connect an IDE HDD to the IOWA-MARK please follow the instructions below.

Step 1:

Locate the IDE connector

shown in

Chapter 3

Step 2:

Insert the connector

. Connect the IDE cable connector to the onboard

connector. See

Figure 5-6
