Step 3: Push both handles outward. The memory module is ejected by a mechanism in
the socket. Remove the SO-DIMM.
Step 4:
Align the new SO-DIMM with the socket. The SO-DIMM must be oriented in
such a way that the notch in the middle of the SO-DIMM must be aligned with
the plastic bridge in the socket ( Figure 5-2 ).
Step 5: Once aligned, press down until the SO-DIMM is properly seated and the two
handles are clipped into place ( Figure 5-2 ). Step 0:
