BIOS Menu 21: PCI Express Configuration
The PCIe slot submenus all contain the following options:

M2_A1 / MINI_PCIE1 / M2_M2 [Enabled]
Use the M2_A1 / MINI_PCIE1 / M2_M2 option to enable or disable the PCIe Mini or M.2
expansion slot.

Disabled Disables the expansion slot.

