4.4.3.

USB HID Interface

Plug the reader into a standard USB connector on the host computer. The reader gets all needed
power through the USB connector. The host will receive data from the reader as if it is coming from a
USB HID device. The host must be configured and be running an application ready to accept and
process the data from the reader.

Plug the reader into a standard USB connector on the host computer and it should be ready to
operate. The reader gets all needed power through the USB connector. The host will receive data
from the reader as if it is coming from a USB keyboard.
