1. Open the IDS NXT cockpit.
2. In the Finder, select the camera with the mouse. The camera is displayed with a wrench icon because it is
in service mode.
3. Click "Boot in runtime".
The camera powers off briefly and is booted in runtime mode.
Restarting camera via the camera's device website
1. To do this, enter the IP address of the respective camera in your browser and log on with the administrator’s
password.

The device’s website is displayed in service mode.
2. In the “Restart Camera” section, click “Restart in Runtime Mode”.
ð
The camera powers off briefly and is booted in runtime mode.
10.3 Downloading the support file
The support file is helpful when contacting IDS support.
You have the following options:

Downloading the support file via the IDS NXT cockpit
·
Downloading a support file , if you can no longer connect to the camera
Downloading the support file from the camera's website
1. Open the website of the camera directly via the
IP address of the camera
.
2. Log in with your administrator password if necessary.
3. Download the support file in the Service functions > Service tools section.
