To be provided by the customer:

To avoid corrosion and frost damage of the plate heat exchanger located in the heat pump, IDM-
Energiesysteme instruct to install a safety heat exchanger for al ground water plants. Here the
heat pump groundwater circuit is decoupled via a safety heat exchanger by a brine circuit. This
means that any damage in the groundwater circuit or in the safety heat exchanger does not result
in any additional damage to the heat pump.
At ground water plants with high pumping heads have to use corrogated tube
hoses instead of flexible connection hoses, because of the occuring low-
pressure the flexible connection hoses could be tightened.
