6.5. Assembling of the outdoor unit on the
concrete base
The outdoor unit will be installed on the concrete base
without vibration dampers. For this see the scope of
delivery for iPump A 3-11 on page 8.
Procedure:
The drill holes will be placed according the distances
as described on page 27 or 28.
The installation of the anchors and the handling of
the two-component composite mortar is according to
the assembly instruction of the manufacturer of the
composite mortar. After the anchors are glued in and
the glue is cured, the hexagon-nuts and the washers
will be mounted on the threaded bars. After this, the
outdoor unit will be placed and brought into the correct
position. At the end the outdoor unit will be countered
and secured with the washers and the hexagon-nuts.
6.6. Ear thing of the heat pump system
If the protective conductor is correctly connected, the
control panel and the housing of the heat pump are
earthed. After maintenance work, make sure that the
equipotential bonding is properly restored. For the
outdoor unit, a 10 mm hole is provided for connecting
the equipotential bonding or lightning protection. The
hole is marked with a sticker and is located on the
base frame of the outdoor unit.
