Parameter out: Output channel
1, fixed
hdcp: HDCP output
0 = Once channel with HDCP input is selected, always HDCP is output
regardless off input signal status. [Default]
1 = Encrypts HDPC only if input signal has HDCP.
2 = Encrypts HDPC only if input signal has HDCP 1.4.
