10.5 CAN LOADING SLIDE FOR BIGGER CANS
Can loading slide is hung to a pin on the
side of the Hercules, for a convenient
access
Once the slide is positioned on to the
front shelf, as shown in the picture, push
the can till it is in its correct position
inside the can holder.
.
Before starting the machine, tilt the can
and pull the slide out.
To take the can out of the Mixer, follow
the instructions above, but in the
reverse order
10.6 EMERGENCY DOOR OPENING DEVICE
In case of malfunctioning or absence of
power supply the shutter door will be
locked.
To open the door operate as follows:
Under the bracket (as shown in the small
photo) there is a hole that makes it
possible use a screwdriver to move the
electromagnet’s cylinder.
At this point, without voltage too, It is
possible open the door for keeping out
the can.
11. TROUBLESHOOTING
“E-0” ERROR 0
- Emergency push button - pushed down
1.
Turn clockwise the emergency push button.
2.
Check the wires connection on the emergency push button
3.
Defective emergency push button Wire/cable
“E-1” ERROR 1
- Open door
1.
Close the door.
2.
Loosen hinge of the door
3.
Broken electromagnet fork (assembled on the door)
4.
Broken electromagnet for blocking the door
5.
Defective wire /cable of the electromagnet
“E-9” ERROR 9
- Anomaly of the inverter
1.
Power supply too low or not stabilized
2.
Extension cord is used.
3.
Switch off the machine for 3-5 seconds and then switch it
again. If the problem persist call for assistance.
