Downloading the app and pairing
Long-press the power button on the smartwatch to power it on. Please make
sure that the battery is fully charged before you use it for the first time. If the battery
is low, the smartwatch can’t be powered on normally.
Use your smartphone and scan the QR code below or search the Google Play
Store or Apple App store for the Qwatch app, download it and install.
The Qwatch app is compatible with Android 4.4 and newer, iOS 9.0 and
newer devices with Bluetooth 4.0. When installing the App, please allow all
permissions so that the App can work normally.
Start the app, make sure that the Bluetooth and GPS are turned on, and click
on Device Management - Binding Management and search for the smartwatch.
When matching, please confirm that the Bluetooth MAC address matches the one
displayed on the wristband.
