INSTALLATION

BOILER CASING REMOVAL

The boiler is supplied fully assembled in
Pack A, together with a standard flue
assembly for lengths up to 600mm (23 1/2")
rear or side flue outlet in Pack B.
Unpack and check the contents.

Template

To install the boiler the casing MUST be removed.

1.

Undo the 2 screws and lift off the lower front panel.

2.

Remove the 2 screws and lift off the grille assembly.

3.

Release the 'Burner On' neon from the rear of the
control panel.

4.

Release the wiring harness leads from the edge clips
on the RH side panel.

5.

Remove the 2 screws securing the control panel and
pull down to release the tabs from under the top
panel.
