3.22 PUMP HEAD REPLACEMENT

Refer to Section

Drain the boiler.

Disconnect the two electrical leads from the pump.

Remove the 4 allen screws retaining the pump head.

Remove the pump head.

Be aware of water spillage.

Fit the new pump head.

Reassemble.

Refill the boiler.

Shown

rotated 90º

Drain down the boiler.

Unplug the electrical lead.

Remove the clip from the flow pipe and remove the

thermistor.

Fit the new thermistor and replace clip.
