Procombi Exclusive

Installation and Servicing

45 spaRK gENERaTOR REpLaCEMENT

Refer to Frame 39.

Disconnect the leads from the spark

generator

Remove the single M5 Screw

securing the spark generator to the

gas valve mounting bracket.

Lift the spark generator up and out of

the bottom retaining moulding.

Fit the new spark generator and re-

assemble in reverse order ensuring

that the the earth lead is replaced

Check operation of the boiler .Refer

to Frames 28 & 29.

46 gas CONTROL VaLVE REpLaCEMENT

Refer to Frame 39.

Unplug the electrical lead connection

from the gas control valve and

disconnect the earth wire.

Remove the outlet gas valve clip and

slide the pipe upwards.

Undo the gas inlet pipe union at the

inlet to the gas control valve.

Undo the single screw fixing the gas

valve to the mounting bracket and

withdraw the valve forwards. To gain

access, temporarily move the seal.

Fit the new gas control valve, ensuring

that the ‘o’ ring and sealing washer

are in place. Replace screw and re-

connect gas and electrical connections.

Ensure sealing washer is fully

located.

Check operation of the boiler. Refer to

Frames 28 & 29.
