7. Pump 5…10 times to ventilate the ventilation channels.

8. Turn the pressure relief valve clockwise until it is tightly closed.

9. Connect the pressure hose to the MINIMESS
®
connection of the
ICP 700 T
, and tighten
theconnection.

10. Tightly screw the MINIMESS
®
adapter on the pressure hose.

11. Select suitable adapters and seals for the connection of the test sample.

12. Screw the adapter for the test sample onto the MINIMESS
®
adapter.

13. Turn the test sample with seal in the adapter.
IMPORTANT! Do not tighten the test sample yet!

14. Pump until the hydraulic oil escapes at the connection of the test sample. The pressure
hose and the test sample connection are now ventilated.

15. Tighten the test sample.
5 Operation
CAUTION! Material damage to valve stop!
If the stop and the
ICP 700 T
are put under too much strain, they will be
damaged.

When the stop has been reached, tighten the valves (fine adjustment and pressure
relief valve) only hand-tight.
Read before pressure generation:
Before you generate pressure with the
ICP 700 T
, check whether the following
requirements are met:

The support surface of the
ICP 700 T
is level and has a flat surface.

The reference is connected to the
ICP 700 T
.

The test sample is connected to the pressure hose with suitable adapters and seals.

All pressure connections have a correct and pressure-resistant seat.

The
ICP 700 T
, the pressure hose and the test sample have been
properly ventilated (

§ 4).

Turn the seal to the appropriate position:
• "
C L O S E" for transport and storage,
• "
V E N T" for ventilation / generating or releasing pressure and
• "
O P E N" for checking the oil level / refilling / replacing.
