The 

“Open  Parameter  File”  function  provides  users  to  load 

parameters  from  existing  configuration  file  (*.INI).  And  the 

“Save 

Parameter  from  Utility

”  function  provides  users  to  save  the  current 

configuration to a file (*.INI).
