3.2. Checking the I/O Configuration
The monitor mode and the configuration mode are separated in order to prevent the
user to accidentally make any changes in settings.
Step 1: Establishing a connection between the ET-87P2/4/8 and PC

Step 2: Choose the name of the ET-87P2/4/8 from the list and then
choose the “Check Module Status”
After clicking the name of the ET-87P2/4/8 from the list, a dialog will appear, then
choose the
“Check Module Status” button
