HOW TO TURN ON THE CONSOLE
The included power adapter must be used to operate
the studio cycle. See HOW TO PLUG IN THE POWER
ADAPTER on page 14. When the power adapter is
plugged in, touch the screen or press any button on the
console to turn on the console.
Note: When you turn on the console for the first
time, the incline system may calibrate automati-
cally. The frame will move upward and downward as
it calibrates. When the frame stops moving, the incline
system is calibrated.
IMPORTANT: If the incline system does not
calibrate automatically, see step 6 on page 19
and manually calibrate the incline system.
HOW TO TURN OFF THE CONSOLE
If the pedals do not move for several seconds, the
console will pause.
If the pedals do not move for several minutes, the
screen is not touched, and the buttons are not pressed,
the console will turn off.
When you are finished exercising, unplug the power
adapter. IMPORTANT: If you do not do this, the
electrical components on the studio cycle may
wear prematurely.
