Use
1) Connect the massager to an AC wall outlet.
2) Press on the POWER button on the unit’s control panel to turn the unit on. This will start the
massager.
3) Press on the POWER button for one full second to turn the unit off.
4) Disconnect the massager after use.
You can use the handles at the end of the massage unit by putting your hands in them. You can either let the
massage unit loose around your neck/shoulders or you can attach both ends of the unit together. Putting your
hands in the handles will make the massage more intense because of the added weight on the unit.

Abdominal
Back
Thighs
Feet
