 Scan types

Scannng s an efficent way to locate sgnals quckly over a 
wde frequency range. The transcever has Prorty scan and 
Normal scan.

Set the TAG channels (scanned channel) before scannng. 
Clear the TAG channels whch nconvenently stop scannng, 
such as those for dgtal communcaton use. (Refer to rght 
page for detals.)

Choose Prorty or Normal scan n Set mode. (p. 40)

Prorty scan searches through all TAG channels n se-
quence whle montorng Channel 16. When a sgnal s 
detected on Channel 16, scan pauses untl the sgnal 
dsappears; when a sgnal s detected on a channel other 
than Channel 16, scan becomes Dualwatch untl the sg-
nal dsappears.
