• The keys n the table below can be used for password nput.
• The transcever detects numbers n the same block as dentcal.
Therefore “01234” and “56789” are the same.

Battery type selection
The battery type must be selected accordng to the attachng
battery type when tunng the transcever ON.

Whle pushng and holdng [Emer] and [PTT], rotate [VOL]
to toggle the attachng battery type.
• After the dsplay appears, release [Emer] and [PTT].
• “ DRY BATT” s dsplayed for about 3 sec. then “Lo” (low power
ndcator) appears when the battery case operaton s selected.
• “LI-ION” s dsplayed for about 3 sec. when the Lthum-on bat-
tery operaton s selected.
• Ths operaton may not be avalable dependng on the pre-settng.
Ask your dealer for detals.
