BASIC MANUAL

CONNECTOR INFORMATION

[microUSB]

Use the microUSB (1.1/2.0) type B port for:

• Charging the attached battery pack.

• Outputting decoded RTTY data.

• Outputting a demodulated AF signal or 12 kHz IF

signal.

• Inputting a modulation AF signal.

• Inputting weather data for weather station

transmission.

• Interface for remote control using CI-V commands.

• Cloning setting data using the CS-705 software.

• Remotely control using optional RS-BA1.

• Using the External Gateway function.

You can change the signal output type and output

level.

You can download the USB driver and installation

guide from the Icom website.

depending on the amplifier that is used.
