Knowing the device information may help with remote access troubleshooting
and repair options.
Instructions may vary for different versions of the device. Below is a general set
of steps to see device Information:
1.
Click Start.
2. Click Settings
3. Click System.
4.
Click About. Processor, Memory (RAM), and other system information
should appear on screen.
