Acoustic signals related to operational faults are
repeated every 1,2,4,8,16, and 30 minutes in case
of GPS and empty credit balance, in the event of
any other faults ( with the exception of acoustic
signals related to power supply, they are not
repeated ) the repetition time is as follows: every
2,4,8,16, and 30 minutes.
The 30 minutes’ repetition time remains in force
until the error status is resolved unless the vehicle
has been stopped for 30 minutes then it has been
started again. In this case the alert timing
decreasing with time becomes effective.
The unit can be permanently built into the vehicle. This
method provides more terminals to host other i-Cell
Ltd. distributed telematics services under better
conditions.
