Shut off the gas supply valve before cleaning.

DO NOT submerge burner cabinet in water. Damage to internal components will occur.

Good sanitation is vital to the quality of the final food product. Be sure to clean in all corners and crevices
where grease and other cooking debris can accumulate.
PREPARATION
Turn gas shut-off valve OFF before cleaning.
Allow burner to cool completely before cleaning.
