5. To fold the chassis with the Apple 2 Pear
seat units or with lower Pear 2 Newborn
Nest attached:
Ensure the basket is empty
and apply the brakes. Switch the front
wheels to swivel mode. (See 6 - Section 1).
Recline the upper seat before folding.
Fully recline the rear seat frame by
depressing the grey buttons. When the seat
is fully reclined, depress the red safety lock,
this will enable the seat to release
rearwards and will enable folding on the
chassis.
When the lower Pear 2 Newborn Nest is
fitted, depress the red safety lock, this will
enable the frame to release rearwards and
will enable folding on the chassis.
WARNING: Do not operate this red safety
lock when the child is seated in the seat or
is within the lower Newborn Nest.
