boiling. You should therefore be 

extremely careful when handling 

the container.

Do not fry food in the oven. Hot oil 

can damage oven parts and 

cutlery and can also cause burns 

on your skin.

Eggs in their shells and whole 

hard-boiled eggs should not be 

heated in microwave ovens, as 

they can explode, even after 

heating has ended.

Perforate any food that has a 

thick skin, for example, potatoes, 

whole squashes, apples and
