The following icons appear throughout this manual to help
draw your attention to areas of importance or special interest.
The Note icon is used to draw your attention to a particular
passage. This information warrants attention but is not critical.
In some cases, the icon denotes extra information that is of
interest but not necessary for safe operation of the ImagTrac.
The Important Information icon marks information such as
steps in a procedure where a mistake may have undesired
results. The information marked by this icon is more important
that information marked with a Note icon.
The Call ibml Customer Support icon indicates where you
should call for information such as part numbers or for
additional assistance.
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive
In the European Union, this label indicates that this product
should not be disposed of with household waste. It should be
deposited at an appropriate facility to enable recovery and
recycling.

After installing the ImageTrac Scanner, read the

carefully before operation. Follow all operating
and other instructions carefully. Pay attention to the following
symbols:
The
Electrical Hazard symbol
indicates that there are
dangerously high voltages present inside the enclosure of this
product. To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not
attempt to open the enclosure or access areas of the ImageTrac
where you are not instructed to do so. Refer servicing to
qualified personnel only.
The
User Caution symbol
indicates a condition where damage
to the equipment or injury to the operator/installer could occur
if operational procedures are not followed. To reduce the risk of
damage or injury, follow all steps and procedures as instructed.
The
Danger! Laser Energy symbol
indicates that this
equipment contains Class II laser products. Before working on
this equipment, personnel must be laser safety qualified and
use proper eye protection. Do not stare into the laser beam.
