thus one expects that the maintenance and repair costs would decrease proportionally. Even in
an existing facility with pre-existing power and cooling systems one could argue that running
these systems at a lower-than-maximum load level would prolong their useful life. It is certain
that doing so provides greater capacity headroom to handle temporary overloads from other
sources.”
