Be sure to leave this booklet with the server owner because it contains the warranty and service
information.

IBM service personnel, record all time to service code 33, using the appropriate completion status,
machine type, and serial number. Use TA (tac code) L01 and action code 4, for the installation. Use
the appropriate TA and action code if you experience problems. Record other B/O as 990 and enter
the MES number of 866UPG in the MES field (requires a six-digit number).

IBM business partners, authorized to provide warranty service, can be reimbursed for installation of
this upgrade. To request payment, submit a warranty claim using type of service OE (Engineering
Change Announcement) ECA #991.
