Turn

computer

attached

 

devices;

 

then,

 

disconnect

 

all

 

power

 

cords

 

and

 

external

 

cables.

 

 

3.

   

Turn

 

the

 

computer

 

on

 

its

 

side

 

so

 

that

 

it

 

is

 

lying

 

flat,

 

with

 

the

 

cover

 

facing

 

up.

 

 

4.

   

Remove

 

the

 

cover

 

and

 

support

 

bracket

 

(see

 

“Removing

 

the

 

side

 

cover”

 

on

 

page

and

5.

   

Make

 

a

 

note

 

of

 

where

 

the

 

cables

 

are

 

connected,

 

then

 

disconnect

 

all

 

cables

the

Rotate

 

the

 

drive

 

cage

 

up.

 

Note:

 

The

 

drive

 

cage

 

will

 

lock

 

in

 

the

 

open

 

position.

 

To

 

lower

 

the

 

drive

 

cage,

 

press

 

in

 

on

 

the

 

blue

 

flap

 

on

 

the

 

side

 

of

 

the

there

drive

 

installed

 

in

 

bay

through

 

the

 

front

 

far
