Advanced troubleshooting

Advanced users can set some printer functions through the operator panel to help resolve a printing
problem.

To enter this advanced troubleshooting mode, you must be in the Special Function Menu:

Turn off the printer.

Open the top cover.

Turn the printer back on.

When the Error light comes on, indicating the top cover is open, press the operator panel
button with a double button press.

When the Error light and Press Button light blink, close the cover.
