10/100 EtherJet PCI Adapter with Wake on LAN in your PC,

interrupt as 0 or 255. The PCI BIOS is not configuring the adapter

indicates that there is

PCI Bus.
The PCI BIOS is not configuring the adapter

The PC halts when loading
