The max distance between headset and device is 10 meters in clear line of sight. If
you exceed the max distance, or if too many things are blocking the clear line of
sight, the signal may fade and cause other connectivity issues.

Possible reason : It has been a long time since last charging the headset.
Solution : Headset needs to charge about 30 minutes, then the red light should
light up.

Note: Overcharging or keeping the wireless headset in a closed car or similar high heat environment for
long periods of time will reduce the capacity and life of the battery.
