• Headset will try to reconnect automatically.
• If your headset does not try to reconnect, please press the MFB one time
and go to your phone's Bluetooth menu to reconnect manually.
Reconnecting the Headset:
• Hold the MFB for 3 seconds while charging, until the red and blue lights fl ash
three times to restore factory settings.
Restore Factory Settings
1. Con fi rm if the headset is turned on. (Whether the LED indicator light is on or
Red and Blue lights are fl ashing)
2. If the headset is turned on but it still cannot be found, please restart your
mobile phone and the headset.
Troubleshooting
Mobile phone can’t fi nd headset
Solutions:
1. The wireless headset's battery is low, charge the headset.
2. Trying holding your phone in your hand or placing it in your right pocket. If
you wear an armband try placing it on your right arm.
After connecting the headset with your mobile phone,
there is always static noise or it disconnects.
Important Please Note: Cross-body interference Bluetooth's radio frequency is blocked by water, the
human body is made up of mostly water.
If you keep your cell phone in your left pocket then it is possible that the connection may be weak, which
can cause some interference issues.
