6. Install the passenger side Upper Support Strap:
a. Loosely attach the passenger side Upper Support Strap to the top of
the Cargo Barrier using 2 each of the 1/4-20 x 3/4" HHCS, and 1/4-20
Flanged Serrated Nuts.
b. Using a utility knife, cut to fit the rear ceiling headliner along the edge
of the passenger side Upper Support Strap allowing the headliner
portion to fold up towards the ceiling to make room for the rear
Upper Support Strap to connect to the OEM rear hatch hinge
mounting stud.
c. Remove and save the OEM rear hatch hinge nut and washer.
d. Insert the rear hole on the Upper Support Strap onto the OEM stud.
e. Reattach the OEM nut and washer onto the OEM stud to securely
hold the rear of the Upper Support Strap.
7. Install the driver and passenger side Polycarbonate Side Windows:
a. Remove and save the 3 side bolts located on the Cargo barrier.
b. Align the side Polycarbonate Window with the 3 holes and reattach the 3 removed carriage bolts
and 1/4-20 flanged serrated nuts.
c. Install the two final carriage bolts and flanged serrated nuts located on the bottom of the
Polycarbonate Side Window.
