6.4 Armrest
WARNING.
Never exceed safe working load of 100lb or 45kg
on TRIAD’s
armrests.
Safe working load includes patient’s weight and accessories (optional
retractable side table for example).
WARNING.
Never exceed safe working load of 10lb or 4.5kg
on TRIAD’s
retractable side table.
WARNING.
Do not sit on armrests.
WARNING.
Always lower and close the armrests once the patient is in place on
the chair.
WARNING.
Always ensure that the rotation of the armrest is locked in the closed
position once the patient is in place on the chair.
WARNING.
Do not leave patient unattended.
WARNING.
The patient must take position on the chair from the side of the chair
only.
WARNING.
Medical staff should inform the patient on how to adjust the chair.
WARNING.
Take appropriate precautions to avoid injury when handling
accessories (side table, arms, etc.).
Removable armrest
1. Remove pin by holding metal ring.
IMPORTANT
: DO NOT pull lanyard holding pin to the
chair.
2. Remove armrest from tube.
