Insufficient working depth 

-Decrease the forwarding speed 
-Tools are not sharpened or damaged 

Tools don’t penetrate 

Rotary harrow bounces on the round and 
vibrates

ignition 
-Disconnect the machine from PTO shaft 
-Remove the wedged stones 
-Connect the PTO shaft to the machine then start
