13. Troubles Shooting

1. My SIM cards are not detecting.

Ans: Please go to following steps to detect the SIM cards in your Slide.

Shut down /Power off your Slide.

Insert the SIM card in SIM slot properly

Switch On your Slide.

Note: While detecting the SIM your battery should not be very low.

2. How to reset my Slide.

Ans:The Reset procedure will erase all your data/ settings / Email account /Contacts

from your Slide.

Remove the memory card or pen drive before run this procedure

Go to Main Menu.

Enter in Settings.

Enter in Backup & reset.

Click on Factory data reset.
