If this method does not work either, you can try to install the drivers manually. ibaPDA 

must already be installed on the computer. Execute the file  

c:\Program Files (x86)\iba\ibaPDA\Server\ibaDevDrvInstaller.exe 

and the following dialog box appears:

Click <Install> to start the installation. 
If the installation is successful, this will be displayed clearly:
